Craignair Inn – Dishwashers usually work as a team of two. You are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of dishes and the kitchen. You will wash dishes, pots, pans, and put away and stock dishes around various stations. Dishwasher may also help kitchen staff with food prep. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must. On the job training is provided.

Responsibilities include:

–  cleaning dishes in an efficient manner and ensure that all items are put in their respective locations around the kitchen

– at the end of each night the dishwasher is responsible for helping the kitchen staff breakdown the necessary stations and will clean up the dish washing station

– it is the job of the dishwasher to sweep and mop the kitchen
