Job Responsibilities:
 Work on various maintenance projects throughout the season: stacking firewood,
replacing lightbulbs, taking out trash and recycling, paint touch up, sanding the deck,
putting window A/C units in, putting up parking signs, etc.

 Perform light landscaping, property clean up, demo projects and building maintenance
projects
 Start a fire in the firepit for guests to use
 Assist guests in carrying their luggage upstairs as needed
 Keep kitchen and restaurant work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition
 Load and unload dishes from dishwasher and clean work areas
 Store and organize dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
 Setup kitchen workstations and assist in food preparation under chef’s guidance
 Assist kitchen with food presentation, foodservice set-up and break-down
 Sweep, mop, vacuum, take the trash out and clean as needed
 Bonus: want to cover some shifts at the restaurant or front desk (mornings
appreciated!)
This position must wear non-skid, closed-toe shoes, and be able to lift up to 45 pounds. We are
a small, close-knit team that fill in for one another and other departments as needed.
